There has been 16 years, every year, white snow in area, but this year was different.
The organizers were quite busy trying to get man made snow on it's place. Like some skiers say the track is marked with snow. You can't get lost...
There will be sprint track 1,4 km and for distance 4x3,75 km for men and 3x3,3 km for ladies.

Media followed the return of norwegian skier Therese Johaug to World Cup.
She was happy to start season after 2 years time. She is waiting to have hard comepetition with Charlotte Kalla and Krista Pärmäkoski on Sunday.
According YLE-sport Krista Pärmäkoski says: "She is welcome to compete again. She has had her punishment ja is really welcome. I hope, that people here in Ruka accept her and cheer on everyone. I'm excited to see where am i standing comparing to her in competition."
